On this page we offer an overview of our Complementary Therapist Courses which have no relation to hypnosis.
An exception is the activeFlow which has a relationship with hypnosis, but does not require prior training in hypnosis.

We offer several hypnosis specializations that enrich your practice.
Choose Smart Nutrition to combine hypnosis and nutrition for healthier living, or Essence of Well-Being Chakra Balancing to help your clients focus on balance and inner peace.
Havening Techniques for stress and trauma, among other things.
With activeFlow combine hypnosis and exercise for holistic wellness.

Complementary therapy training overview

The following is a list of our other specializations, which do not involve hypnosis.
With the exception of activeFlow®.
However, no prior training with hypnosis is required for this course.

Havening Techniques (English language)

Havening Techniques is an innovative method that uses touch and hypnosis to treat stress and trauma.
This technique is easy to learn but powerful in its effectiveness.
As a professional, this specialization can expand your skills and help your clients overcome traumatic experiences.

activeFlow (English language)

activeFlow active wake hypnosis training is an innovative technique that combines the principles of hypnosis with an active wake state to achieve optimal therapeutic results.
Unlike traditional hypnosis, which often uses deep relaxation and sitting still, ActiveFlow® uses physical activity and increased alertness.
This method, developed by Dr. Éva Bányai in the 1970s, has proven to be an effective way to manage stress, process trauma, and improve overall mental and emotional health

Who can participate in the complementary therapist trainings

Participants are asked to have a background as a health care specialist, therapist, coach, counselor or similar background, as the therapist profession itself and what it entails is not addressed during the training.
