activeFlow training: bring clients into flow

The activeFlow training teaches you how to use focused movement and mental techniques to guide people into a state of heightened alertness and deep concentration. This can strengthen focus, energy and motivation, and open the way to powerful flow experiences.

Discover the power of active alert hypnosis.

During sessions, participants can enter a flow state that facilitates natural change at both a mental and emotional level. Progress does not have to be forced.

Based on international research and practical experience, this training shows how activeFlow can be applied in therapy, coaching, sport and education. From working through blockages to supporting learning performance, you discover how this method can accelerate positive change.

What is active alert hypnosis?

Active alert hypnosis is an active method in which physical movement, such as cycling or rhythmic movement, is combined with mental suggestions and focused attention. The result is a state of heightened alertness in which participants can:

  • focus more deeply;
  • think more creatively;
  • learn and remember more quickly;
  • experience more energy and intrinsic motivation.

Neurobiologically, active alert hypnosis leads to an optimal mix of dopamine, endorphins, serotonin and oxytocin, substances that support wellbeing, performance and recovery.

Research and foundations

The method is based on the work of Dr. Éva Bányai and later clinical applications in sport, therapy and coaching. Research indicates that:

  • flow can increase productivity up to fivefold and accelerate learning processes;
  • active induction can be effective for both psychological and physical goals;
  • the combination of movement and mental focus can provide additional motivation and alertness, including for people who find it difficult to relax.
