During this 7-day journey, you will deepen your therapeutic practice through grounding, scent, connection with plants and heart energy, in an inspiring natural setting. Through experiential methods and personal guidance, you will return with practical techniques, greater inner stability and renewed inspiration for your practice.
The essence of this journey is the wisdom of nature, which guides you through both the inner and outer worlds. You will work with scent, plants, earth, light and landscape.
We travel through the mountainous and lakeside landscape of a fertile region in south-western Turkey, a fertile region full of herbs, vegetables, fruit trees and flowers. It exudes simplicity, tranquillity and connectedness. A place for working naturally and connecting deeply.

Programme for the ‘Working Naturally, Connecting Deeply’ Study TripIn this 7-day trip, each day is dedicated to attunement and deepening understanding through practical exercises in nature. The programme is experiential, featuring sensory experiences and space for reflection.
- Day 1 – Arrival
- At 4.00 pm, we depart from the meeting point in Antalya for Kuyucak. Arrival at the location, introductions and initial orientation. Accommodation in a family-run guesthouse for four nights.
- Day 2 – Grounding, cleansing, protecting and opening up to attunement
- A day of grounding techniques, protection and cleansing to increase your receptivity. You will learn to refine your senses and consciously attune yourself to yourself, your surroundings and others.
- Day 3 – Distilling
- Harvesting flowers and herbs, working with plant connection (‘soul to soul’) and distilling our own harvest in the traditional way. Become an alchemist and discover the power of scent.
- Day 4 – Power and powerlessness, life energy and soul connection
- The day begins with a visit to the impressive Roman ruins of Sagalassos – a place where power and decay coexist tangibly. Here you will explore the themes of power, powerlessness, control and surrender in relation to your own therapeutic practice.
- In the afternoon, we will work on transcending power and powerlessness through connection with the heart energy.
- At the end of the afternoon, we will visit a rose oil distillery. Here, we will experience the refined energy of the rose as a heart-opener and connector.
- Day 5 – Grounded in authenticity
- Departure for the Egirdir peninsula, where we will stay for two nights, with an authentic stop along the way. Upon arrival in Egirdir, there will be free time to integrate, reflect and connect with your authentic core. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore the town, go for a swim or visit the Hamam.
- Day 6 – Integration, expression and conclusion
- Processing and sharing insights through creative forms of expression, reflection and exchange. Festive conclusion with certificate presentation.
- Day 7 – Back to Antalya
- After breakfast, you will be taken to Antalya. From there, you will continue your own journey – whether that be a return flight home or a personal extended stay in the region.

What you get
The Study Trip: Working Naturally, Connecting Deeply is a 7-day experience, of which 5 days are entirely devoted to study, exercises and experiential learning. The first and last days are set aside for arrival and departure
You arrange your own flight to Antalya. As Antalya is not an airport where you can comfortably wait during long layovers, we have chosen to wait for participants at a pleasant coastal location on the day of arrival. This allows you to arrive relaxed and get to know the other participants, regardless of your arrival time. Later in the afternoon, we will then depart for the first accommodation of the trip.
After registering, you will gain access to a secure online community. Here, in the run-up to the trip, you will find all the practical travel details, the programme, a packing list and updates. You can also get in touch with the other participants and the facilitators in advance.
Your participation includes, amongst other things:
- Five intensive study days with experiential learning methods in nature
- Two travel and transition days with organised transfers and shared activities

The study trip takes place from 7 to 13 June 2026
Location
You will stay for four nights in a small-scale and welcoming family-run guesthouse in Kuyucak, Western Turkey. Two nights on the Egirdir Peninsula.
Transport
Participants organise their own travel to Antalya (AYT).
You will be picked up from the meeting point in Antalya at around 4.00 pm on the first day and returned at 11.00 am on day 7. On the days in between, we will use our own coach with a private driver.
Cost
The cost for the five-day course, including collection and return to Antalya, is €1,750 for immediate payment and €1,850 for payment in two instalments.

- Course load: The total duration of the course is 50 hours (contact hours with the tutor); there is no homework.
- Supervision: During the trip, there will be two teachers or supervisors; after the trip, you are always welcome to contact us with any questions.
Costs
- The course fees for this study trip amount to €1,850. If you wish to pay in instalments, please state this in the comments field when registering. The total costs must be paid before the start of the trip. This covers the course fees, materials, transfer from the meeting point in Antalya to accommodation and back, transport during the study days, and drinking water during the trip. This excludes the costs of travel to Turkey (Antalya), accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks and other personal expenses.

These general terms and conditions apply to participation in the 7-day study trip Study Trip: Working Naturally, Connecting Deeply, organised by HypnoseMentor. By signing the registration form, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions will be sent for signature following registration.
1. Participation
Registration is only final once the fully completed and signed registration form has been received and the deposit has been paid. The participant will then receive confirmation of registration and additional practical information.
The minimum number of participants is 6. If this number is not reached, HypnoseMentor reserves the right to cancel the trip. In that case, the participant will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Trip cost
The trip cost per person for this 7-day study trip includes:
- Training programme and guidance throughout the entire trip.
- Use of materials, including a personal journal, oils, and distillation supplies.
- Local transport on site, including transfers to and from Antalya.
- Drinking water during the study trip.
Not included are:
- Return flight to Antalya (to be booked independently).
- Accommodation and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
- Drinks, snacks and other personal expenses.
- Travel and cancellation insurance (to be arranged by the participant).
3. Payment
Discount available for immediate payment. For payment in two instalments: 30% deposit within 14 days of invoice. Remaining balance no later than 6 weeks before departure. For registrations made within 6 weeks of departure, payment is due immediately.
4. Cancellation by participant
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation terms apply:
- If cancelled up to six weeks before departure, 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded.
- If cancelled within six weeks of departure, no refund will be made.
- It is permitted to transfer the booking to another participant free of charge.
5. Cancellation or change by HypnoseMentor
HypnoseMentor reserves the right to cancel or alter the study trip in the event of insufficient bookings or force majeure (such as natural disasters, political unrest, illness or other unforeseen circumstances). In the event of cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded. In the event of changes, suitable alternatives will be offered, whilst maintaining the quality and essence of the trip.
6. Travel documents and insurance
The participant is personally responsible for holding valid travel documents, such as a passport or identity card, a visa where applicable, and appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
HypnoseMentor shall not be liable if the participant is unable to take part in the trip or parts thereof due to deficiencies in their travel documents. All costs associated with this shall be borne by the participant.
7. Liability
The participant is personally responsible for their own physical and mental well-being during the trip. HypnoseMentor is not liable for damage, injury, loss or theft of personal property.
8. Intellectual property
All training materials provided are protected by copyright and intended solely for personal use. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or use the materials under one’s own name without the written consent of HypnoseMentor.
9. Confidentiality
All personal information of participants will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
