Join the Working Naturally, Connecting Deeply Study Trip, a distinctive 7-day experience where simplicity, nature wisdom and connection come together. In the authentic setting of south-west Turkey, you deepen your therapeutic practice through experiential methods, sensory refinement and personal guidance.
Nature is present throughout the journey as a source of inspiration, reflection and learning. You work with scent, plants, earth, light and landscape. This creates space to slow down, ground yourself and reconnect with what matters in your work and in your life.
During the study trip, you explore grounding, scent, plant connection and heart energy in an inspiring natural environment. You return with practical methods, greater inner stability and renewed inspiration for your practice.
We travel through the mountainous and lakeside landscape of a fertile region in south-west Turkey, rich in herbs, vegetables, fruit trees and flowers. It is a place of simplicity, calm and connection.

What is included?
The Working Naturally, Connecting Deeply Study Trip is a 7-day experience, with five days devoted to study, exercises and experiential learning. The first and last days are for arrival and departure.
You arrange your own flight to Antalya. On the day of arrival, we wait for participants at a pleasant coastal location so that everyone can arrive calmly and get to know one another. Later that afternoon, the group travels to the first accommodation.
After registration, you receive access to a secure online community with the practical travel details, programme, packing list and updates. You can also meet the other participants and facilitators in advance.

Programme
In this 7-day journey, each day is devoted to attunement and deepening through practical exercises in nature. The programme is experiential, with sensory experiences and room for reflection.
- Day 1, Arrival: departure from Antalya for Kuyucak at 4.00 pm, followed by arrival, introductions and orientation.
- Day 2, Grounding and attunement: grounding, protection and cleansing practices to refine your senses and attune to yourself, your environment and others.
- Day 3, Distilling: harvest flowers and herbs, explore plant connection and distil your own harvest in the traditional way.
- Day 4, Power, life energy and soul connection: visit the Roman ruins of Sagalassos, explore power and surrender in therapeutic practice, and visit a rose-oil distillery.
- Day 5, Grounded in authenticity: travel to the Egirdir peninsula, with room to integrate, reflect, swim or visit the hamam.
- Day 6, Integration and conclusion: process and share insights through creative expression, reflection and exchange, followed by certificate presentation.
- Day 7, Return to Antalya: transfer after breakfast, followed by your onward journey.

Practical arrangements
This study trip takes place on location in Turkey.

Participants arrange their own travel to Antalya (AYT). On day 1, we collect you from the meeting point at approximately 4.00 pm; on day 7, we return you there at 11.00 am. Local transport is by private coach and driver.
You stay four nights in Kuyucak and two nights on the Egirdir peninsula. The secure online community provides all practical travel details, the programme, packing list and updates.
- Return flight to Antalya, booked independently
- Kuyucak, 4 nights: shared room €60 per night; private room €90 per night, subject to availability. Breakfast and dinner included.
- Egirdir, 2 nights: shared room approximately €50 per night; private room approximately €70 per night. Breakfast included.
- Meals not included in the accommodation, snacks, drinks and personal expenses
- Travel and cancellation insurance, arranged independently

The total study load is 50 contact hours, with no homework. Two tutors guide the group during the trip. You can contact us with questions after the trip.
Conditions
The total investment for this study trip is €1,850. If an early-booking discount applies, the price is €1,750. The applicable price is shown with the available dates.
The course fee includes the training programme and guidance, materials including a personal journal, oils and distillation supplies, local transport including Antalya transfers, and drinking water during the study trip.
Flights, accommodation, meals, drinks, snacks, personal expenses and travel and cancellation insurance are not included.
Payment in two instalments is possible: a 30% deposit within 14 days of invoice and the remaining balance no later than six weeks before departure. For registration within six weeks of departure, payment is due immediately.
Registration is final once we have received the fully completed and signed registration form and the deposit. The minimum group size is six participants. If this number is not reached, HypnoseMentor may cancel the trip and refunds the amount paid in full.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. If you cancel up to six weeks before departure, 50% of the amount already paid is refunded. Within six weeks of departure, no refund is made. You may transfer your booking to another participant free of charge.
HypnoseMentor may cancel or change the study trip in the event of insufficient registrations or force majeure, such as natural disasters, political unrest, illness or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, the full amount paid is refunded. If changes are necessary, we offer appropriate alternatives while maintaining the quality and essence of the trip.
You are responsible for valid travel documents, any required visa, and suitable travel and cancellation insurance. You are also responsible for your own physical and mental wellbeing during the trip. HypnoseMentor is not liable for damage, injury, loss or theft of personal property.
