Cost and payment terms
The total cost for this course is €3140. This training is exempt from VAT. With direct online payment, you will receive a payment discount. The discount will be displayed during the registration process.
Standard payment is by invoice. The full amount must be credited to our account no later than the first day of training. Payment in installments is possible, provided the training is booked well in advance. The number of installments depends on the time of registration. Please contact us for the possibilities. Please note that when registering shortly before the start date, payment in installments is no longer possible. In that case, the full amount must be paid in one sum before the start date.
Study Load
This course consists of:
- 8 classroom teaching days with a total of 72 teacher contact hours
- Approximately 135 hours of self-study (including 120 hours of online training for post-training review), including studying course materials and completing practice assignments
The total study load is approximately 207 hours, equivalent to 8 EC (European Credits). There are no exemptions to this course.
Participants with a completed certificate in medical hypnosis training HypnoMed or medical hypnosis children training have exemption for days 1 through 4. They can register directly for the OMNI hypnotherapy advanced training. Exemption for participants from other training institutes is not possible, because these trainings do not match the content, method and quality requirements of the ISO 9001-certified hypnotherapy protocol and the scientifically validated method of the Dave Elman/Gerald Kein induction that is central to our training.
Starting level of participant
This course is taught at the college level and is open to participants with an MBO-4 degree or those with a college level of work and thinking. Prior knowledge of hypnosis is required.

Review and assessment
The development of knowledge and skills is assessed based on active participation in class meetings, performance of practical exercises and engagement during class days. Participants practice practical applications of the course under the guidance of the instructor, with room for feedback and personal guidance.
Exam: In order to award the diploma, an exam will be held on the second-to-last day. The exam consists of 50 questions. If a question is answered correctly, two points are awarded. At a total of 70 points, the student passes. In case of insufficient marks, the student may be given a retake. The exam is taken via an online test with multiple-choice questions and the results are known immediately upon completion. In addition, the student is expected to attend all days and actively participate in the exercises. This exam falls under OMNI Hypnosis Training Center’s ISO 9001 certification and is overseen by the IBHEC.
Qualifications and certificates
After successfully completing the advanced training, participants will receive the OMNI Hypnotherapist diploma from HypnoseMentor / OMNI Hypnosis Training Center Netherlands.
This diploma confirms that the participant has actively participated in all training days and is qualified as an OMNI Hypnotherapist.
The course is designed as continuing education or training for hypnotherapists and health care providers who wish to deepen their knowledge and skills in child-centered medical hypnosis.
The training does not provide a professional qualification in the sense of a legally recognized diploma, but it may contribute to registration or re-registration within professional associations or accreditation bodies, depending on the individual situation of the participant.
If applicable, the certificate can be used as proof of continuing education credits with recognized professional associations.
For some participants, they may use the certificate as part of a portfolio as part of professional development, continuing education requirements or third-party accreditation requirements. Consult your professional association, if necessary, for recognition within your profession.
Access to the online material
With this course, you get lifetime access to the online learning materials as long as the learning environment or platform on which the materials are offered is in use.
Access is intended as reference and training support. Please note that content may be updated or replaced over time. No rights can be derived from the continued availability of specific sections.
Practical information regarding registration
You can register up to 3 days before the start of the training, as long as there are still places available. Would you still like to register within this deadline? Feel free to contact us. In some cases, last-minute participation is still possible, as long as there are places available and the administration can be completed in time.
After registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with practical information and the invoice. Participation is final after payment or confirmation of the invoice.
No later than between 2 and 3 weeks before the start date, you will receive an e-mail informing you whether the training will definitely take place. If the required minimum number of participants is reached earlier, we will inform you.

Can I start working as a hypnotherapist after this training?
Yes, after successfully completing both the basic and advanced training, you can immediately start working as a hypnotherapist. This combination allows you to register as a hypnotherapist with the CATcollectief in the Netherlands. In addition, it is recommended that you follow a training course in Psychosocial Basic Knowledge according to Plato standards.
Will I be reimbursed by insurance after the training?
To be eligible for reimbursement by insurance, a program of approximately 120 credits at HBO level is required, which amounts to 2-3 years of study. Please contact the professional association to determine what this means for your situation. They can advise you on the necessary development path based on your previous studies and experience.

What is meant by a hypnotherapy regression therapy training program, and does this training program fall under that category?
Although we do not literally call our training program “hypnotherapy regression therapy training,” that is exactly what you will learn with us. In the OMNI Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy Training Program, you will be trained as a professional hypnotherapist with a strong focus on regression therapy. Regression to the cause (cause-oriented hypnotherapy) is an essential part of the training.
