Contents of the OMNI HypnoCell Basic Training Course

Day 1 and 2 basic training course

• The evolution of cells: Understand how cells develop and what this means in a hypnotherapeutic process.
• A dive into the cells: Get to know the inner world of cells and discover how you can use this as a metaphorical field of work.
• The cell membrane and how cells “talk”: Explore how cells exchange signals and how this process can be translated into suggestive hypnosis techniques.
• The OMNI HypnoCell® process: Learn step by step how the HypnoCell methodology is structured and applied in sessions.
• Organelles: what does it look like inside a cell? Discover the structure and function of organelles and how you can integrate them into hypnotic visualisations.
• The nucleus, the cell core: get to know the “heart of the cell”: Explore the centre of the cell as a symbolic anchor point for regression work and inner alignment.
• Unleash the DNA: regression to the cell nucleusLearn how to safely and respectfully work back to experiences that seem to be “stored” at deeper levels of the body.
• Restoration in the cells: the Esdaile state in bodyworkExperience how deep trance states, such as the Esdaile state, can be applied to inner processes at the cellular level.
• Supporting the self-healing capacityDevelop language and suggestions that invite the body to balance, rest and promote healing processes – within the scope of hypnotherapeutic work.

Learning objectives HypnoCell basic training

• Understand how cell structures such as membranes, organelles and the cell nucleus function and how you can use this knowledge therapeutically in combination with hypnosis.
• Be able to apply regression techniques at the cellular level and DNA, including exploring stored experiences and reactions in the cellular memory.
• You will gain insight into processes that play a role in loss of vitality, emotional stress or physical exhaustion, and you will know how to guide clients in tapping into their inner resources.
• You will be able to formulate hypnotherapeutic suggestions aimed at relaxation, balance and supporting regenerative processes, within the limits of what is professionally responsible.

Competencies after completion

After successfully completing the HypnoCell hypnosis training, you will have the following competencies:

• You can use hypnosis at a deep level with attention to cell structures, DNA and body intelligence.
• You are able to use suggestive language and metaphors that are in line with biological processes, without making medical claims.
• You will recognise patterns of physical and mental stress in the body and know how to respond to them with appropriate hypnotherapeutic techniques.
• You will be able to work responsibly within your professional framework and know when to refer clients to medical professionals.
• You will apply your knowledge of cellular processes within the limits of hypnotherapy, with attention to the safety, autonomy and well-being of the client.

What to expect from the Hypnocell hypnosis training course

A safe and professional start

When you arrive at the course location, you will be welcomed personally. You will immediately notice that this is not an anonymous training course, but a learning environment where experience and personal attention come together. Your syllabus and writing materials will be waiting for you. You can settle in while enjoying coffee, tea and a snack. The day starts with a short introduction to get to know each other.

Practical structure with room for in-depth learning

The training consists of four intensive days from 9 a.m. to approximately 5 or 7 p.m. (depending on the group dynamics). Each day is structured yet flexible, with room for questions, reflection and interaction. You can count on:

• 1 hour lunch break
• Two short coffee breaks
• Demonstrations and guided exercises
• Case studies and exchange of experiences
• Personal feedback during the exercises

We ask participants not to make any audio or video recordings, so that full attention and confidentiality can be guaranteed during the sessions.

Study materials and additional costs

All necessary study materials are included in the course.
There are no additional costs for the purchase of books or materials.

During the course, literature recommendations will be made for further reading. These are optional and not required for successful completion of the course.

Guidance

The course is taught in a classroom setting by an experienced instructor. During the course days, there will be time for questions, interaction and practice.

Outside and after the course days, participants can ask questions, preferably via the online learning platform or chat function. We are also available by email or telephone. There is no individual progress guidance.

What is included in the course:

• The basic training consists of two classroom training days
• The training is given in English.
• A manual for the basic training in Dutch or English.
• Support after the training through free participation in our Hypnosis Community for general support and additional study material and direct contact with the teacher.

Costs and payment terms

The total cost for the HypnoCell basic hypnosis training course is £845. The total costs must be paid into our account before the start of the training. This training is exempt from VAT.

Study load

The training consists of two classroom days. The total study load is 16 hours of contact time and at least 14 hours of self-study (total 30 hours / 1 ECTS).

Participant’s starting level

This course is offered at higher professional education (HBO) level. Participation is open to therapists, coaches and other professionals with at least MBO-4 or HBO working and thinking level. Basic knowledge of hypnosis is required. Knowledge of regression therapy is recommended but not required. There are no course exemptions available for this programme.

Assessment and evaluation

There is no written assessment. The evaluation is based on attendance, active participation and performance of the practical components during the training days.

Qualifications and certificates

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of participation in the HypnoCell hypnosis training course. This certificate is recognised as continuing education and training and is suitable for inclusion in your professional portfolio and re-registration with recognised professional associations.

Practical information regarding registration

You can register up to 3 days before the start of the training. After registration, you will receive a confirmation and, approximately two weeks before the start, all practical information about the location, times and any preparations. In some cases, you will receive this earlier.

Conditions of registration

• HypnoseMentor may decide to cancel the course if there are fewer than ten participants. HypnoseMentor cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the participant in connection with the course, such as travel and accommodation expenses.
• The student is expected to participate in person during the specified classroom study hours.
• At the end of the training, the student will be asked to complete an evaluation.
• The costs include a manual in Dutch that will be provided to the student.
