Ina Oostrom is the owner and director of HypnosisMentor and OMNI Hypnosis Training Center® Netherlands. She is a Dr. of Business Administration, international speaker, teacher of hypnotherapy (OMNI DCI) and co-developer of several specializations in hypnosis. Her expertise is in medical applications of hypnosis, pain management and regression techniques.
Her interest in hypnosis arose early on, but really took shape when – after years of working in the Internet industry – she began looking for ways to better manage stress. What began as a personal search for self-hypnosis grew into a full career in hypnosis and hypnotherapy. In 2012, she was trained as an OMNI teacher by Gerald Kein in Florida.
Ina’s view: “Hypnosis is everywhere. We are constantly living in a stream of suggestions. Hypnotherapy helps people let go of what is not their own, and get closer to their own core again.”
She is author of Hypnosis – The Key to Self-Empowerment, co-author of Operation with Hypnosis and Clinical Hypnotherapy, and has received several international awards for her work. From her training center, she trains professionals in the Netherlands and abroad, and contributes to the integration of hypnosis in health and wellness.
