During the Body Quantum Hypnosis training course, you will explore how hypnosis, regression techniques and quantum principles can contribute to increasing resilience, insight and inner balance in clients with profound emotional and physical processes. We discuss themes that touch on life itself: from stress and self-image to cell awareness and meaning.

Important concepts and techniques

• The concept of quantum hypnosis and the Light Body technique
• You will learn how energetic principles such as intention, resonance, information fields and time experience can be applied in hypnotherapeutic work. The Light Body technique integrates inner child work, regression and consciousness expansion.
• Hypnosis and strengthening inner resilience in serious illness
• We discuss how hypnosis can be used to support people in dealing with feelings of fear, loss and identity change that can arise from serious diagnoses.
• Hypnotherapy in relation to quantum physics
• You will develop an understanding of how hypnotherapy relates to quantum principles such as perception, energetic information transfer and timelessness. This knowledge connects science, philosophy and practice.
• Dealing with emotions and stress in therapeutic work
• You will learn how stress can become embedded in the body and mind, and how you can influence your client’s emotional system through language, regression and visualisation.
• Hypnosis and the immune system
• We explore how relaxation, self-image and inner attitude can contribute to psychophysiological functioning through hypnosis, including factors that influence the immune system.
• Hypnotic suggestions for pain, mental detox and inner nourishment
• You will learn how to guide clients in creating inner peace, acceptance and healing experiences. Suggestions are tailored to themes such as relief, purification and mental restructuring.
• Light Body technique for regression, inner child and life-between-life
• You will apply the Light Body technique in deep regression work, learning to work with soul intention, memory and the healing of old beliefs or fragmentations.

Theme dossiers for contextual deepening

The following dossiers offer in-depth insights into how certain areas of complaint often manifest themselves in practice and how you can approach them from a therapeutic perspective. This is not about medical analysis, but about consciousness work and stress interpretation.

• Explore the symbolism of cancer within soul development, identity and relational themes. Focus on emotional support and meaning.
• Fibromyalgia and overstimulation
• Insight into the connection between sensory sensitivity, stress and physical response patterns.

• How misunderstood complaints are related to inner conflicts, suppressed expression or loyalty patterns.

• Reflection on themes such as boundaries, caring and self-regulation from an energetic perspective.

The theme dossiers support you as a professional in recognising patterns, choosing appropriate interventions and deepening your therapeutic insight. They are not a substitute for diagnostics or medical treatment.

After completing this training:

• you will have tools and scripts to support deep emotional processes, tailored to stress, illness perception and meaning
• you will be able to use therapeutic suggestions aimed at relaxation, immune system support and emotional integration
• you will be able to apply the Light Body technique in inner child work, prenatal regression and soul-oriented work

The training programme teaches therapeutic work with consciousness, regression and support for health issues, but does not lead to a medical treatment programme. For medical issues, we advise our students to refer their clients to a doctor or medical practitioner.

• The course includes more than 10 hours of video lessons, recorded demo sessions, and videos with additional explanations of the material.

Costs and payment terms

The total cost for the Body Quantum Hypnosis training is €490. This training is exempt from VAT (0%).

Direct payment is required as this is an e-learning course. Once you have access to the material, you cannot cancel.

Study load

The Light Body Quantum Hypnosis training course contains a lot of information and reference sources. If you study the course in full, it is estimated that you will spend around 25 hours on it, including studying the course material and the final test.

The total study load is approximately 25 hours, which corresponds to 1 EC (European Credit).

No course exemptions are possible in terms of skipping lessons because of earlier training.

Starting level

The Body Quantum Hypnosis training course is given at HBO (higher professional education) level and is open to participants with an MBO-4 diploma or those who have HBO working and thinking level.

Prior knowledge of hypnosis is required.

Assessment

There is a digital final test associated with this course. It consists of 20 multiple-choice questions. You will pass if you answer at least 14 questions correctly. You can retake the test a maximum of two times.

The development of knowledge and skills is assessed through the study environment, with a minimum of 80% completion of all material. No practical assignments are required within this course.

Qualifications and certificates

After successfully completing the Body Quantum Hypnosis training, participants will receive a certificate of participation from HypnoseMentor.

This certificate confirms that the participant has actively participated in the training.

The training is intended as additional or refresher training for hypnotherapists and healthcare providers who wish to deepen their knowledge and skills.

The training does not provide a professional qualification in the sense of a legally recognised diploma, but may contribute to registration or re-registration within professional associations or accreditation institutions, depending on the individual situation of the participant.

If applicable, the certificate can be used as proof of continuing education credits for recognised professional associations.

Some participants may use the certificate as part of a portfolio for professional development, continuing education requirements or accreditation requirements of third parties. Please consult your professional association for recognition within your professional group.

After registration, your registration will be processed manually by us. We try to process your registration immediately upon receipt and give you access. Depending on available capacity, this may take 1 to 2 working days.

Terms and conditions of registration

• The course can be cancelled free of charge within 14 days. For e-learning, this right expires after logging in.
• In the event of cancellation by HypnoseMentor, the costs paid by the student will be refunded within seven days.
• The student must have completed at least 80% of the course material in order to receive the certificate. There is a digital final test associated with this course. It consists of 20 multiple-choice questions. You will pass if you answer at least 14 questions correctly. You can retake the test a maximum of two times.
• At the end of the course, the student will be asked to complete an evaluation.
• The costs include a manual in Dutch that the participant can download.
