The activeFlow training teaches you how to use focused movement and mental techniques to bring people into a state of heightened alertness and deep concentration. This enhances focus, energy and motivation, and opens the way to powerful flow experiences.
During the sessions, you enter a flow state that facilitates natural changes – both on a mental and emotional level – allowing progress to occur naturally rather than having to be forced.
Based on international research and practical experience, this course shows you how to apply activeFlow in counseling, coaching, sports and education. From breaking through blockages to improving learning performance, you will discover how to accelerate positive change with this method.
