Access to online learning environment and disclaimer
For courses with an online component, access is granted to the HypnosisCommunity.net platform unless otherwise indicated. This platform contains supportive learning materials, sharing opportunities and a closed access area for each training.
Access and availability
- After registering and agreeing to the terms of use, you will receive an access code for the relevant course.
- This course gives you lifetime access to the online course materials, as long as the learning environment or platform on which the materials are offered remains in use.
- Access is intended as a reference and support for the course. Please note: the content may be updated or replaced over time. No rights can be derived from the continued availability of specific parts.
- The online environment is hosted at a third-party software vendor with full-time support. While outages are rare, we cannot fully guarantee permanent availability.
Disclaimer
If unexpected technical problems occur that make the content temporarily inaccessible, HypnoseMentor will provide an alternative means of access within a reasonable time – and if necessary in consultation with the participant(s).
No rights may be derived from the continued availability of specific modules or sections. The content of the online material may be modified or replaced.
Exception: Havening Techniques®
A different arrangement applies to the Havening Techniques® course:
- Access to the learning materials is provided through the official Havening portal.
- The content is managed by Havening Techniques® itself, having accepted their terms and conditions.
- In case of technical malfunctions, the Havening help desk is contacted. They strive to resolve malfunctions as quickly as possible.
- HypnoseMentor and Havening Techniques® cannot be held liable for temporary inaccessibility due to external technical causes.
