An acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint will be sent within one week. Within four weeks we will try to reach a resolution of the complaint. If more time is involved, this will be fed back to the person who filed the complaint.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the complainant who is a consumer, is referred to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrto.nl\/kwaliteit\/geschillencommissie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Disputes Committee.<\/a>If we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution with the complainant, who is a consumer, we will refer the matter to the Disputes Committee. For business customers, we refer you to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrto.nl\/kwaliteit\/commissies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NRTO Quality Assurance Committee<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The decision of the aforementioned independent third party is binding on HypnoseMentor. Any decision will be made within two weeks.<\/li>\n<li>Each year, the director compiles a list of complaints received and how they were handled.
