In this statement, you can read which data we process, for what purpose, how long we store this data, and what rights you have.<\/p>\n<p><b>1. What personal data we process<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The data we process depends on the service you purchase:<\/p>\n<p><b>1.1 Newsletter<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>1.2 Courses and training<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name, address, place of residence<\/li>\n<li>Email and phone number<\/li>\n<li>Attendance\/participation<\/li>\n<li>Results, assessment (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Certificates\/diplomas<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation forms<\/li>\n<li>Signed copyright statement (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>1.3 Hypnosis sessions<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact details<\/li>\n<li>Data you provide yourself in the context of the session (health information)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>1.4 Website use<\/b><\/p>\n<p>For comments, forms, or logged-in users:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IP address<\/li>\n<li>Browser data<\/li>\n<li>Any data in response forms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2. Special and\/or sensitive data<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We only process health data when you book a hypnosis session.<\/p>\n<p>For children under the age of 16, we only process data with the consent of a parent or guardian.<\/p>\n<p>We do not intend to collect data from minors without parental consent. If you suspect that this has happened, please contact us at <b>info@hypnosementor.nl<\/b> so that we can delete this data.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Purposes and legal basis<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We process personal data on the basis of one or more of the following principles:<\/p>\n<p><b>3.1 Performance of a contract<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registrations for courses, training, and sessions<\/li>\n<li>Communication about planning, changes, and certification<\/li>\n<li>Administrative processing of registrations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3.2 Consent<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Signing up for the newsletter<\/li>\n<li>Sharing data with external parties for certification (e.g., OMNI)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3.3 Legal obligation<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Retention of invoice and financial data for tax retention obligations<\/li>\n<li>Administration required for CRKBO obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3.4 Legitimate interest<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improving our services<\/li>\n<li>Security and spam detection on the website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>4. Sharing personal data with third parties<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We only share personal data when necessary:<\/p>\n<p><b>4.1 For the implementation of courses<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Teachers<\/b> (name and address details, evaluations, test results if relevant)<\/li>\n<li><b>OMNI Hypnosis Training Center\u00ae?\/Havening<\/b> for international certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>4.2 Processors working on our behalf<\/b><\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training software<\/li>\n<li>Payment services<\/li>\n<li>Email and newsletter systems<\/li>\n<li>Web hosting and website management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A <b>processing agreement<\/b> has been concluded with these parties.<\/p>\n<p>We never share data with third parties for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n<p><b>5. Retention periods<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We do not retain personal data longer than necessary, with due observance of legal obligations.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.1 Training data and participant files<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training and participant data are, in principle, retained for <b>at least seven years<\/b> from the completion of the training or course.<\/li>\n<li>In some cases, this data may be <b>retained for longer<\/b>, for example:\n<ul>\n<li>when necessary for accreditation or audit purposes (such as CRKBO or professional associations),<\/li>\n<li>when reissuance or verification of certificates is expected in the future,<\/li>\n<li>or when there are other legal or legitimate interests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Where possible, we limit data that is retained for longer to what is strictly necessary.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.2 Invoices and financial data<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Invoice and payment data are subject to the fiscal retention obligation and must be retained for <b>at least seven years<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>After this period, invoice data <b>may<\/b> be deleted, but this is not legally required. Our training software does not offer a function to automatically or selectively delete individual invoices after seven years. We only delete invoices when this is technically possible and does not conflict with legal obligations.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.3 Hypnosis sessions<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Health data is retained in accordance with the legal retention obligation or for as long as necessary for guidance and record-keeping. After that, this data is deleted or, where possible, anonymized.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.4 Newsletter<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The data required to send the newsletter is retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from the mailing list.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.5 Hypnosis Community<\/b><\/p>\n<p>For membership of the Hypnosis Community, we store your name and email address for as long as you are a member. You can request to have your profile deleted at any time via <b>info@hypnosementor.nl<\/b>. You can also delete any other data that you yourself post in the community.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.6 Comments on the website<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Comments and associated metadata are stored for as long as the relevant page or message is online. This makes it possible to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments.<\/p>\n<p><b>6. Your rights<\/b><\/p>\n<p>You have the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>view your data<\/li>\n<li>submit corrections<\/li>\n<li>have data deleted (to the extent permitted by law)<\/li>\n<li>object to processing<\/li>\n<li>withdraw your consent<\/li>\n<li>request data portability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requests can be submitted via <b>info@hypnosementor.nl<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>For each request, we assess which data we are legally required to retain (such as financial records) and which we can delete or anonymize.<\/p>\n<p><b>7. Cookies and tracking<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We use a cookie banner and <a href=\"https:\/\/hypnosementor.nl\/en\/cookie-policy-eu\/\">cookie policy<\/a> via Complianz.<\/p>\n<p>All information about this can be found on our separate cookie policy page.<\/p>\n<p><b>8. Embedded content<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pages may contain embedded content, such as YouTube videos or social media embeds.
