The programme is experiential, featuring sensory experiences and space for reflection.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Day 1 \u2013 Arrival<\/b><\/li>\n<li>At 4.00 pm, we depart from the meeting point in Antalya for Kuyucak. Arrival at the location, introductions and initial orientation. Accommodation in a family-run guesthouse for four nights.<\/li>\n<li><b>Day 2 \u2013 Grounding, cleansing, protecting and opening up to attunement<\/b><\/li>\n<li>A day of grounding techniques, protection and cleansing to increase your receptivity. The first and last days are set aside for arrival and departure<\/p>\n<p>You arrange <b>your own flight to Antalya<\/b>. As Antalya is not an airport where you can comfortably wait during long layovers, we have chosen to wait for participants at a pleasant coastal location on the day of arrival. This allows you to arrive relaxed and get to know the other participants, regardless of your arrival time. Later in the afternoon, we will then depart for the first accommodation of the trip.<\/p>\n<p>After registering, you will gain access to a <b>secure online community<\/b>. Here, in the run-up to the trip, you will find all the practical travel details, the programme, a packing list and updates. Two nights on the Egirdir Peninsula.<\/p>\n<p><b>Transport<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Participants organise their own travel to Antalya (AYT).<\/p>\n<p>You will be picked up from the meeting point in Antalya at around 4.00 pm on the first day and returned at 11.00 am on day 7. By signing the registration form, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions will be sent for signature following registration.<\/p>\n<p><b>1. Participation<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Registration is only final once the fully completed and signed registration form has been received and the deposit has been paid. The participant will then receive confirmation of registration and additional practical information.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum number of participants is 6. If this number is not reached, HypnoseMentor reserves the right to cancel the trip. In that case, the participant will receive a full refund of the amount paid.<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Trip cost<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The trip cost per person for this 7-day study trip includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training programme and guidance throughout the entire trip.<\/li>\n<li>Use of materials, including a personal journal, oils, and distillation supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Local transport on site, including transfers to and from Antalya.<\/li>\n<li>Drinking water during the study trip.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Not included are:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Return flight to Antalya (to be booked independently).<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).<\/li>\n<li>Drinks, snacks and other personal expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Travel and cancellation insurance (to be arranged by the participant).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3. Payment<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Discount available for immediate payment. For payment in two instalments: 30% deposit within 14 days of invoice. Remaining balance no later than 6 weeks before departure. For registrations made within 6 weeks of departure, payment is due immediately.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. Cancellation by participant<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation terms apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If cancelled up to six weeks before departure, 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>If cancelled within six weeks of departure, no refund will be made.<\/li>\n<li>It is permitted to transfer the booking to another participant free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>5. Cancellation or change by HypnoseMentor<\/b><\/p>\n<p>HypnoseMentor reserves the right to cancel or alter the study trip in the event of insufficient bookings or force majeure (such as natural disasters, political unrest, illness or other unforeseen circumstances). In the event of cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded. In the event of changes, suitable alternatives will be offered, whilst maintaining the quality and essence of the trip.<\/p>\n<p><b>6. Travel documents and insurance<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The participant is personally responsible for holding valid travel documents, such as a passport or identity card, a visa where applicable, and appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n<p>HypnoseMentor shall not be liable if the participant is unable to take part in the trip or parts thereof due to deficiencies in their travel documents. All costs associated with this shall be borne by the participant.<\/p>\n<p><b>7. Liability<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The participant is personally responsible for their own physical and mental well-being during the trip. HypnoseMentor is not liable for damage, injury, loss or theft of personal property.<\/p>\n<p><b>8. Intellectual property<\/b><\/p>\n<p>All training materials provided are protected by copyright and intended solely for personal use. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or use the materials under one\u2019s own name without the written consent of HypnoseMentor.<\/p>\n<p><b>9.
